CRYSTALROSE (GUERRA) SANDERS

HEAD COACH

Crystalrose is a Double Gold Medalist in Senior Moves and Senior Freestyle. She's competed in Pacific Coast Regionals 8 times, 15 time National Showcase Champion working with choreographers like Piercyn Hunt, 6 time Theater On Ice Champion, and competed with Harmony Theatre Company on team USA for Theater On Ice winning silver in 2013, 2015, and 2017. She also toured with Disney on Ice: High School Musical The Ice Tour from 2007-2008 working with the iconic choreographer Cindy Stewart.

She began coaching in 2009 at the Culver Ice Arena specializing in choreography and has trained regional, national, and international skaters. In 2019 two of her long time skaters were hired to skate with Disney on Ice skating as Tinkerbell, Olaf, Flounder and Moana. Crystalrose has been training and choreographing for the current and 9 time National Showcase Mini Production Champions, Culver Ice Productions since 2012. In July 2022 Crystalrose was certified as a Registered Choreographer with the Professional Skaters Association. In July 2023 & December 2023 she was ranked as a Showcase Coach / Choreographer and has been inducted into the PSA Ranking System Twice.

Crystalrose is also the Showcase Pacific Coast Vice Chair for US Figure Skating since 2019, and is a DEI Representative for the All Year FSC.

CASSIE GUERRA

CO-COACH

Cassie Guerra is Pacific Coast Regional competitor as well as a 4 time National Showcase competitor , 2016 Theater on Ice National Champion, 2015 Theater on Ice Bronze Medalist, 2014 Silver Medalist, and 2015 Team USA Champion for Theater on Ice in France with Harmony Theatre Company.

She specializes in spin technique and loves to learn and create new spin positions.

Cassie currently co-teaches along side sister Crystalrose, and has been assisting in choreography and program design & themes for Culver Ice Productions since 2014.

Cassie is also the mastermind behind all of the Culver Ice Productions Make-Up!

JESSICA TERZIAN

ASSISTING COACH

Jessica is currently a performer in the Knotts Berry Farm Ice Show. Since 2011, she has been in over 13 Ice Shows!!

In 2004 she joined the Los Angeles Ice Theater where she was a member for 9+ years. During her time with LAIT she became a 3 Time International Gold Medalist. She later became an assistant choreographer for LAIT's Senior team for 3 years.

Throughout Jessica's skating competitive career she competed Regionally, and Nationally along with numerous showcase competitions for the West and Mid-West in a span of 7 years.

Jessica specializes in choreography and creative movement. She has been thrilled to share her showgirl expertise with Culver Ice Productions Teams since 2022!

KOKO HIRANO

ASSISTING COACH

Koko is new to the CIP coaching team this season. She has been skating on our Senior team since 2020 and has been a captain and a lead for various seasons. Koko is the 2023 National Showcase Senior Gold Medalist in Emotional Performance and Choreographic Artistry as well as the 2023 Parades of Champions Pewter Medalist. Along with so many great achievements in her Showcase career including many overall awards Koko is a quadruple Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field, Freeskate, Solo Pattern Dance, and Solo Free Dance.

We're excited to have Koko join us this season, doing an apprenticeship under Coach Crystalrose.

CARLY BLANEY

DANCE CHOREOGRAPHER

Carly Blaney is a professional dancer with Bloc Talent Agency in Los Angeles. She was a finalist on the hit FOX television show So You Think You Can Dance. After finishing in the top 12, she then continued on to tour 77 cities across the United States and Canada. Since moving to Los Angeles, Carly has been able to pursue her dream as a professional dancer. Recently she performed at the Emmy Awards with Stephen Colbert and the Grammy Awards with James Corden. She also has appeared in various different music videos and commercials and recently just finished filming a feature film as a dancer in a movie coming out next year! Carly also travels across the country, choreographing and teaching master classes. Recently she choreographed and danced in a video for the record company, "SunPop," to promote one of their artists.

Culver Ice Productions has been lucky to have Carly as apart of the coaching team since 2018.

ADAM BLAKE

GUEST COACH

Adam Blake and Crystalrose met on tour with Disney on Ice in 2007.Crystalrose has had Adam involved with CIP every season since 2013 when they collaborated on the memorable "Haunted Mansion" piece. Some of Adam's achievements:

NICHOLE STOFFERS

ASSISTING COACH

Nichole is a double gold medalist in Senior Moves and Senior Freestyle. She's competed in Pacific Coast Regionals seven times, competed in National Showcase six consecutive years and is the 2014 National Showcase Duet Champion.

She competed on Team USA with the Los Angeles Ice Theater in 2013 and 2015 and was a member for twelve years.

Nichole also performed a season with Knotts Berry Farm on ice in their holiday production called "It's Christmas, Snoopy".

She has also made appearances on shows and movies as a skater in "Without A Trace", "U.S. of Tara", "Somewhere", Happy Honda Days Commercial and on "Fox 911".

She has been assisting Crystalrose with Culver Ice Productions since 2019 and loves being apart of the coaching team!
